You've got a good concept here. If you don't want to do it as a comic, that's fine, but your visuals are amazing and creative (like how you showed the message from the chickens, and how you've done them overall) and that sort of suits the story. I'm not sure how you'd work that into a story. Maybe write like, one chapter or something, and then choose which one you like and ask people which one they think is better. Because, like I said, how you've done the chickens is amazing because it looks really menacing and you wouldn't really be able to convey that in a written story. Also, things like how you showed humans and Quilavas interacting in this. That'd be tricky too.
