“I don’t see why that’s important Doctor”, the Master replied, rather baffled. “All my life, I wanted to be ginger”, the Doctor replied, “and now, of all people, my ginger regeneration was given to you!” “Oh, well then my life goal is accomplished”, the Master exclaimed with glee. “Life goal, what life goal?” inquired the Doctor, irritated. “To achieve whatever your life goal was and annoy you with it for eternity”, the Master answered, before breaking out into laughter. “Come on… let’s go outside…” the Doctor grumbled, changing the subject.

The Doctor opened the doors of the TARDIS, then suddenly paused. “What is it, what’s wrong?” the Master inquired. “A… Quilava? But… this is a completely different coordinate” replied the Doctor. “Quilava? I see you’ve forgotten how to speak English”, remarked the Master. “Oh… it’s the name of these things” he informed the Master, pointing at Waldo. “Oh, right, the badger things”, the Master replied. “Who are you calling badger?!” Waldo snapped. “Actually, come to think of it, they do look like badgers! Ohmygawsh!! It’s a badger! ABADGERABADGERABADGERRRRR” the Doctor cried out before fluffing up the fur on Waldo’s face.

“AHEM!!” Forest interrupted, “you were saying, Doctor?” “Oh yes, how could it be here, I mean the place looks the same, but it’s in a completely different location” the Doctor exclaimed. “Oh, right, I spilt coffee on the original coordinates, sorry sweetie”, Forest replied, “I didn’t bother re-writing them because the universe was still temporally linked”. “You mean all this time we could’ve already been here”, the Doctor asked, shocked. “Well, sort of”, Forest replied. “Sort of?!” the Doctor exclaimed. “Spoilers…”, Forest answered.

The Doctor sighed. “Let’s go then, we have a disembodied pre-universal evil extra-terrestrial life-form to find”. “Qui lava?” asked the Quilava outside the TARDIS. “What?” the Doctor asked. “QUI… LA…. VA!?” replied the Quilava. The Doctor sighed and turned on the translation matrix. “Ask again…” the Doctor instructed the Pokémon. “Are you… the Doctor?!” the Quilava asked. “I am”, he replied, “why?”

Suddenly, the Quilava collapsed, a dart in his back. “Quilava! Say something!” the Doctor exclaimed. “Relax, it’s only a sleeping pill”, Forest told the Doctor, “she’ll be fine”. The Doctor carefully placed the Quilava in the TARDIS, before instructing Bui to wait with her. “Better than coming with you and getting blown up, I guess…”, Bui grumbled. This would turn out not to be the case…

Meanwhile, the Doctor, the Master, Forest and Waldo continued away from the TARDIS, up towards a large mountain range. Just on the edge of the range, they saw a small town, there was something awfully suspicious about it, but the Doctor was unsure what it was. Suddenly, the Doctor was pulled aside by a police officer. “Sir, you have a Pokémon, where’s your trainer card?!” “My what – oh… uh… yeah… here it is”, the Doctor pulled out his psychic paper. “I see… very well, continue, just, take care… Team Rocket are nearby”. “Thank you, I will” the doctor replied, before turning to Waldo. “Team Rocket?” “An evil organization that steal and abuse Pokémon”, Waldo replied. “One that I like to burn the members of”, Forest added.

“Evil organization you say?” the Doctor asked, “then that’s where the Intelligence will be hiding”. “Of course”, Forest exclaimed, “you’re brilliant Sweetie”. “Yeah, he’s a clever boy” added Waldo. “Not as clever as me”, the Master reminded them. “I wouldn’t be so sure”, the Doctor replied, “Saying I just had to go back in time 70 years to save you from a lava pool”. “Yeah, even I could survive that”, said Forest with a giggle. The Master face-palmed and they promptly continued moving.

Meanwhile, in the TARDIS, the Quilava started to wake up. “Huh? Are you Annabelle?” she asked, before struggling to her feet, only to stumble around for 2 seconds and fall back down. “No… I’m Bui… I’m a Buizel”, Bui replied, unimpressed. “Oh..” replied the Quilava, “so sorry… it’s just – my trainer has been missing for weeks and…” “Don’t worry about it”, said Bui, “I’m completely out of it too, after travelling with that ‘Doctor’ person. He’s like a trainer crossed with a Pachirisu that overdosed on sugar!”

“Hehe, that would be kinda cute actually”, the Quilava replied, blushing, “like you”. “What?!” Bui exclaimed, blushing as well. “Yeah, you’re cute”, the Quilava giggled, “hehe, anyway, I’m called Sparkles, my trainer Annabelle called me that because she thought my eyes looked sparkly. Anyway, one night I was…” Sparkles continued her one-sided ‘conversation’ with Bui for several minutes, annoying and embarrassing the Buizel further and further.

Once in the town, the Doctor soniced around, before deciding a small shop was the location of the Intelligence. “Geronimo”, he said, pointing his ‘companions’ in the direction of the building. “Why don’t you buy some stuff” asked the old lady at the counter. “I’m not looking to ‘buy stuff’” replied the Doctor. “Oh, what is it then, dearie?” the lady inquired. “Would you believe, looking for a secret organization under the control of an alien mastermind?” The old lady suddenly dissolved into Professor Simeon – The Great Intelligence’s favourite face. “Glad to hear you think of me as a ‘mastermind’”, Doctor, unfortunately I cannot say the same for you”.

The Intelligence pressed a button to release a metal weight above the Doctor. Forest suddenly jumped up and melted it into two halves, landing safely on either side of the Doctor. “Didn’t you remember, fire is strong against steel”, Forest said with a smile. “But not water”, the Intelligence said, with his own smile, before changing into Feraligatr. “Don’t disregard aerodynamics like that”, Waldo warned the Intelligence, before front-flipping over Feraligatr’s head and nailing him with Eruption. While the Pokémon was distracted by this, Forest used another Eruption and KO’d Feraligatr, before promptly hi-fiving Waldo.

“Time’s up”, snapped Forest, standing over the Intelligence, about to deliver the final blow. Before he could, however, a large group of Team Rocket grunts entered the room.
Can Team Rocket be defeated, will the Intelligence be stopped and is it physcially possible for Sparkles to shut up?
